Book a Counselling Session.

The Tough Stuff currently offers counselling online only, but in-person sessions will be available from February 2026.

In the spirit of reconciliation, The Tough Stuff acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. The Tough Stuff is based on un-ceded Gadigal Land and we pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
